Before the retreat
Amelia was successful on the outside but quietly wrestling with deep internal resistance.
A lifetime of conditioning had shaped how visible she felt allowed to be as a woman, a leader and a voice in her space. She craved clarity and expansion but something inside still held her back.

During our time together on retreat

Before the retreat
Katy came to Turkey feeling scattered. She described it like having “a million tabs open in her brain.” Lists, ideas, strategy sessions….none of it was creating the clarity she craved.
She knew there was more for her. But with so many possibilities, she was stuck in indecision and mental overload.

Where You'll Stay
You’ll be staying in a bright, spacious en-suite king sized room inside my personal luxury Turkish home with your own balcony and a hammock for evening stargazing.
You will everything you need to feel relaxed:
☑️ All bedding, towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, SPF, toothbrush/toothpaste hairdryer, etc.) are provided.
☑️ All meals, fresh fruit, snacks, filtered water and herbal teas available throughout.
☑️ High-speed WiFi, desk (should you need it), AC and full privacy.
☑️ You’ll only need carry-on luggage. Before the retreat, we’ll have two prep calls and a shared Google Drive to gather anything you want to explore while you’re here. I’ll also set up your Asana strategy board in advance so when you arrive, everything’s ready. Just bring yourself. I’ve got the rest.

Hi, I’m Lynsey. And I created this retreat because I became the woman who needed it.
After 25 years in corporate, working my way up to become the right hand to CEOs and Chairmen across multiple industries and after building and scaling my own 6-figure, soul-led business over the last 10 years in the digital space, I’ve seen what it really takes to grow something meaningful and sustainable.
And here’s what I know now:
The next level doesn’t come from doing more.
It’s not in another to-do list, another team meeting or one more clever strategy.
It comes from space: the kind that clears the noise, sharpens your vision and brings you back to yourself.

Our resident cats, masters of calm energy and quiet companionship. Often found sunbathing on one of our four balconies or perched somewhere serene, they bring a peaceful presence to the space.
Dex
Our cheeky and high-energy puppy (a Pomeranian-Terrier cross) who keeps things playful and light. He’s here to remind you to take breaks, enjoy the moment and maybe throw the ball just one more time.
They’re part of the relaxed, homely vibe of the retreat. While they won’t join our sessions unless invited, they do live in the home so if you’re not comfortable around animals, this might not be the right fit for you.
