My Daily CEO List

Every morning, as part of my daily morning routine, I step into my CEO role (both my life and business) and review my CEO list below:

Who is the CEO in my life and business?

  • She has a clear check on her finances
  • She knows how much money has been saved in her pots for personal goals and she treats herself to lush holidays, weekends away and spa treatments when she feels the need to switch off and spend some time away from the business (self-care)
  • She knows when her tax payments to HMRC and has savings pots for all taxes
  • She knows when fear is taking control and reframes herself back to her being in charge
  • She values her freedom and knows what freedoms means to her
  • She has control in her life and feels empowered about her business
  • She takes ownership in her life and business and feels empowered daily
  • She asks herself ‘Who would Lynsey be if she felt empowered’.
  • What would she be doing, how would she be presenting herself in life
  • What would she be doing on a daily basis
  • How would she be connecting to her finances


Daily Actions:

  • Money: Check in with all bank accounts (income/outgoings), take relevant action if invoices outstanding from clients, payments for suppliers overdue
  • Check Emails and Reply According - Those you would to reply later, add reminder to calendar
  • Meal Prep: Prepare all meals for the day, take out food for the next day if needed
  • 3 Things: What are my 3 most important tasks for today
  • Personal: How am I feeling today, what do I need today to help me have the best day (what support do I need, what self-care do I need)
  • Fitness/Health: What are my fitness goals for today - Do I just need fresh air, or do I have enough energy for HIIT workout or a spin on my Peleton
  • Meditation: Spend 10 minutes meditating
  • Journals: Questions to ask myself:
    • What is my intention for the day?
    • What activities will bring me closer to my goals?
    • How can I be of service to others today?
       

Monthly Reflections (do month end each month):


My Top 10 Achievements this month.

What did I learn this month.

What were my distractions/mental blocks/fears this month.

How did I make myself feel good this month.

What did not happen this month...and why.

People I learned from and who inspired me this month.

What are my greatest insights that I have gained over the past month.

Did I fully enjoy what I was doing this month. What I really ‘here’ or was I just showing up. How can I be more present?
