Since leaving my Corporate career 9 years ago and stepping into the online world I have always had a dream of supporting my clients and managing my team from a warmer climate but life often got in the way.

From a failed toxic relationship to COVID and lockdown, this dream of mine was often pushed to the back of my mind.

I don't know about you but one of the gifts of lockdown allowed me to go 'inwards' and acknowledge what was no longer working for me in my life or business.

I made myself my number one priority and through healing past trauma with coaching, it truly opened up my life and my mind to the possibilities that were available for me.

As a result of healing those inner parts of me that were excruciatingly tough and reconnecting back to the joy of life again, I could see so much of my life changing.

How I was showing up in the world.
Who I really was, deep down.
What was important to me.
But most importantly....what was available to me.

Oftentimes, we can't see the wood for the trees, battling with the everyday noise of owning our business, family and financial commitments.

After a conversation with a very dear friend and client of mine, we spoke about the importance of 'trusting'....

Trusting that there are WAY MORE opportunities and experiences out there that our logical mind can fathom

From that day, I decided that I was no longer available to keep myself boxed in....small...limiting myself from opportunities. I decided to trust myself and go 'all in' on life.

           My Start of Journey Going to Turkey

An invitation from my sister to go on holiday to Turkey in September 2022 was one of the most pivotal moments that changed my life for the better.

The sun on my back

The laugher and joy that filled my heart

The incredible cuisine

The many memories created

This dream of living in the sunshine came to the forefront of my mind.

And I asked myself - If I never achieved this dream, would I end up regretting it?

HELL YES!!!!

It was most definitely one of those 'Sliding Doors' moments, let me tell you.

I have been thinking a lot about the phrase "go all in." It's not something we hear much about - we're often told to hold back and play it safe.

But what if taking a risk is actually the safest way to go?

What if trusting that everything is possible, is the best decision you can make?

What if sometimes the hardest decisions are also the most rewarding?

So I took the leap of faith and trusted.

I sold everything I own (minus my Mac and a valuable piece of artwork and a few items of clothing)
I booked my flights to Turkey in March.

I handed in my notice on the house I was living in.

I landed in Turkey with only two suitcases of personal belongings and a heart full of possibility.

I have so much to share about the journey of my relocation but more of that to follow as the process of following through with our dreams IS NOT EASY IN THE SLIGHTEST. Quite the opposite and I'm not a big believer in 'pushing through' but on this occasion, I had no other choice.

I experienced fear yet excitement, sadness yet happiness in preparation for this next chapter in my life.

And here I am....today marks my three months in Turkey and this journey has already filled me with so much joy, happiness and excitement about where this new chapter will take me.

Time has expanded (more on this to come...)

I am super focused on my business and supporting my clients

I know what's possible for me and my creative flow has returned by the bucketload

I am living a joy-filled life daily

I am trusting more than I've ever trusted before.
