Meet Lynsey
I’m Lynsey Cowan, founder of Elite VA Limited, business strategist, systems queen and your go-to for sustainable, soul-led growth.
Over the last decade, I’ve helped over 250 coaches, creatives and service providers scale their businesses behind the scenes from launch builds and onboarding systems to full-blown tech and automation setups.
I started in 2015 as a solo virtual assistant while working full-time, learning the ropes and refining my craft. But as demand grew and burnout crept in, I realised something critical: I had become the bottleneck in my own business.
So I pivoted. I stopped doing everything myself and started building a team.
Today Elite VA Limited is a boutique agency of highly skilled VAs, OBMs and tech experts who each operate in their zone of genius. We’re not task-tickers.
