This is not a coaching call where I reflect your words back at you and ask how that makes you feel.

Who you are working with
I am Lynsey Cowan and for over 11 years I have been the strategic partner that founders turn to when they need someone to help them see clearly again.
I have worked behind the scenes with six and seven-figure business owners, coaches, speakers, authors and service providers, as well as startups finding their feet. I have supported some of the most credible names in the online space and I have seen what happens when a business is working on the outside but quietly consuming the person running it on the inside.
I am trained in sales strategy and launch funnels. I am an accredited IAPC&M coach. And right now I am deep in the world of AI: building agents, working with Claude and learning how to use technology to give founders back the one thing they are most desperate for: time and freedom.
I bring all of that into every single session.
